About Us

T&B Network Services Limited was formed in June 2017 after two long serving employees of Openreach, Alan Taylor and Steve Edwards, noticed a gap in the Telecommunications industry for skilled and reliable design & survey services.

We provide high quality network designs and surveys across many different Telecommunication workstreams: FTTP/H, Spine, PIA, MDU/MOU, Resilience circuits (RO1 & RO2), Copper, and various other ad hoc services for major network operators and private businesses across England and Wales.

Furthermore, we are now providing a comprehensive turnkey service in collaboration with our accredited partner, SAS Utilities Limited, encompassing civil works, poling, cabling, and splicing. This ensures our clients receive a dependable end-to-end solution.

As a company we pride ourselves on the accuracy and quality of our work and always deliver against our targets. Since 2018 we have continually achieved ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications, which ensures we maintain these high-quality standards and regularly monitor our health and safety & environmental policies.

With our workforce having over 500 years of experience in the telecommunication industry and predominantly consisting of former Openreach roadworks and repayment planners and network designers, we never fail to achieve what we set out to deliver for our clients.

T&B offer a full design, survey & job pack production service. T&B has experience designing and implementing a complete end-to-end solution for Architecture and Network Planning & Design.

We can offer this service across multiple workstreams including; FTTH (Fibre to the Home), PIA (Physical Infrastructure Access) including As-Built recording, P2P (Point-to-Point), Resilience circuits (RO1/RO2), Diversionary/Repayment, MDU.

Our planning team is experienced with the use of various GIS mapping systems including the use of our own bespoke system which enhances our ability to provide our clients with clear and concise documentation. This allows our client's build partners to construct high quality network infrastructure supported by reports accurately detailing build costs.

Box-to-Box diagram
DRS report (Designer Risk Summary)
Splicing schedules

Partnering with the SAS Utilities Limited, we also offer comprehensive fibre build services tailored to your specific needs. Complemented by our design and survey services, we ensure a hassle-free turnkey product across various workstreams such as FTTP, PIA, and other bespoke projects.
